Here's to the Best
Mom Note: This is Raya's last email as a missionary. She comes home on November 27th! Her Homecoming will be Sunday, December 9th at 9am. Please come hear her report and then join us at our home afterwards for some yummy food and to give Raya a big welcome home hug. Thanks for supporting her in this work!

Wow this has been the best adventure of my life. I am forever grateful for your support and love and prayers. They have been needed and they have been felt for these last 18 months. I love you all more than words have the ability to describe. Thanks for it all.
Danish Word of the Week: Vi ses. See you.
Danish Fun Fact: Denmark is the best country ever. that's a fact.
I have had the most incredible week. I don't have time to write about the various events, but it was one for the books. This is my last email as a missionary, and I just want to express how this has changed me. I have loved every minute of these past 18 months. The good, the easy, the hard and the dark. It has all shaped me into who I am today. Here is my testimony. It may be short, but it is true.
I have a testimony of the reality of God's love. One of my favorite scriptures is in Romans 8:38-39, ''For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.'' Never has a statement uttered more true. That is the biggest lesson that I have come to learn on my mission, that God's love spreads farther than we can fathom. I have had the incredible honor to feel but a glimpse of that everlasting love. The hope of God's light has the power to seep into the cracks of the stoniest of hearts, and sometimes that is our own. I am forever grateful for the miracle of my mission. I have been drawn, converted, and turned toward my Savior. I've seen His power spread to every corner of the beautiful country and beheld the glow radiating from the faces of them that feel this love for the very first time. As Nephi, I know not the meaning of all things. But of one thing that I am certain, I know that God loveth His children. This has been the best eighteen months. I love my Father, I love my Savior, and I love this work.
